Refund policy
At Style Zio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, our return process is designed to be as simple and transparent as possible for our Canadian customers.
This policy applies to all orders placed on www.stylezio.com and is designed to comply with Canadian Consumer Protection guidelines and Google Merchant Center requirements.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange. After this 30-day period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

A proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is required.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are non-returnable. This typically includes:

Personal care items (if the seal is broken).

Final sale items clearly marked on the product page.
4. Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong product, Style Zio covers 100% of the return shipping costs. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Change-of-Mind Returns: If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs to our international warehouse. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Restocking Fees
We believe in fair pricing. Style Zio does not charge any restocking fees ($0.00 CAD) for returned items.
6. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our support team. Once the original item is received and inspected, we will process the exchange. Please note that additional shipping costs for the new item may apply.
7. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
